America’s Talking: 1 P.M. Question

No resolution has been reached yet in the appointment of Roland Burris to the U.S. Senate, the Senate's top two Democrats announced Wednesday.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said that Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White's signature is needed in order to certify Burris' appointment to the seat.

But White told a radio station Wednesday morning that his signature is not essential in appointing Burris to President-elect Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat.

We want to know:

Should Roland Burris be seated?
