America’s Talking: 2 p.m. Question

aig_091608New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo just won a legal battle which will force Bank of America -- which recently bought Merrill Lynch -- to reveal the names of top Merrill Lynch employees who received bonuses; even as the brokerage firm was losing billions.

He vowed to do the same for American International Group (AIG) who just rewarded $165 billion in government bailout funds as bonuses to their top CEOs.

Embattled AIG CEO Edward M. Liddy pleaded with Congress on Wednesday to keep these names private as some AIG employees have received death threats over the last few days. But Cuomo says he's still going to get the names.

We want to know:

Should companies that received government money name executives who received bonuses?

Please post your response below and don't forget to include your NAME and TOWN.
