America’s Talking: 2 p.m. Question

obama_032309The Obama administration is calling for even greater oversight and regulation of pay at banks all over the nation -- including Wall Street firms and even some smaller companies. This comes amid public outrage from executive bonuses at companies such as AIG and Merril Lynch.

This oversight is expected to maintain the ebb and flow in the world financial markets and ensure that the natural rise and fall of stock prices is not amplified.

We want to know:

Should the government be involved in curbing executive pay?

Post your response below and please include your name and town.
